Casey T. Ward

Mediator Collaborative Attorney Associate Attorney

“When the winds of change blow, some build walls, others build windmills.”
– Ancient Chinese Proverb

“Never confuse a single failure with final defeat”
– F. Scott Fitzgerald

Diligent, proactive, and meticulous. These are the fundamentals that guide Casey Ward’s approach to his clients’ cases. He was drawn to family law because of the uniquely personal nature of this work. In Casey’s words, “family law is all about protecting the things that are closest and most important to us – our families, our children, our homes, and our security.”

As a veteran Nuclear Chemist in the U.S. Navy, Casey doesn’t shy away from the toughest cases. He knows the importance of planning carefully, maneuvering skillfully, and working tirelessly until the job is done and done right. Long before he was actually a member of the bar he earned the nickname “Sea Lawyer” because he so consistently and thoroughly prepared for every task. It’s this steadfast determination that enables him to be a pillar of strength for clients in the midst of tough legal battles.
